It's something of a rap special on this week's Music Weekly, and we begin proceedings with Chicago's own Kid Sister. Better known to her mother as Melisa Young, the rapstress tells Rosie Swash about how clubland shaped her sound and why she isn't above working a 9-5 to make ends meet.
Next up it's Sandra Denton, better known to her fans as the latter part of trailblazing 80s rap group Salt N Pepa. Having recently reformed for a one-off UK show, Denton tells Rosie about rocking the mic in a male-dominated genre and what she makes of the rap game today.
Finally, there's no Singles Club this week, but instead Alexis talks to Pete Tong ahead of the 500th guest slot on Radio 1's Essential Mix (which airs tonight, Friday 23 April).
