Tickets for the first gig with crowds in Ireland in 15 months have sold out almost instantly.
500 lucky people were able to secure their spot at James Vincent McMorrow and Sorcha Richardson's show in the Iveagh Gardens next Wednesday after tickets went online at 10am.
But the NCH website had major server issues due to the overwhelming demand - leaving plenty of people upset at not being given a chance to grab a golden ticket.
Louise McSharry said: "Well, I was logged into my account on the @NCH_Music site from 9:30, but when I clicked buy at 10 on the dot I was kicked off the site and haven’t been able to get back on til now. It was always going to happen. Gutted to miss it but still delighted it’s happening at all." while legendary RTE DJ Rick O'Shea said "This is how much every single like-minded person in Ireland wants to go to a gig right now. The site has been well and truly crashed.."
And they weren't the only ones to take to social media to vent their anger and frustration.
The National Concert Hall did tweet in response, saying "We understand people are frustrated - we totally get it. Demand is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL for 500 tickets!"
