Insider sources at EIDOS, one of the four remaining UK publishers and godfather of Lara Croft and the Hitman series, have leaked to gamesindustry.biz that a deal between it and Rupert Murdoch's News Corp is imminent.
Murdoch has reportedly been trying to get into the games business for some time, and the acquisition of some pretty hefty interactive intellectual property should secure its toe-hold in the market.
