Murder charge after body found in Qld

A Hervey Bay man has been charged with murder after a body was discovered at an industrial complex. (AAP)

A man has been charged with murder after a body was found at an industrial complex on Queensland's Fraser Coast.

Police were called to the Hervey Bay address on Monday morning, where they found the body of a 62-year-old local man.

He appeared to have head injuries and a 57-year-old man, also from Hervey Bay and found at the scene, was taken into custody.

He was charged with one count of murder and is due to appear in Hervey Bay Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

Anybody who saw a white 2020 Toyota Landcruiser Prado between 6am and 8am on Monday travelling from the industrial area towards The Esplanade at Urangan should contact police.
