A man has been found dead after suffering suspected stab wounds in west London.
Police and paramedics were scrambled to a flat near Fulham Palace Road, off Hammersmith Square, just before 8pm on Tuesday.
The victim, aged in his 30s, was found with what officers believed were knife injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death.
He has been taken into custody at a west London police station.
Police believe the arrested man and the victim were known to each other.
“A post-mortem examination will be arranged in due course,” Scotland Yard said in statement.
“Officers are in the process of tracing and informing next of kin.”
