Munster are putting on a show of strength at Thomond Park tomorrow evening (5.15) with eight of their returning World Cup players set to feature against Ulster.
Last year the Reds ran amok against their provincial rivals in Limerick, putting nine tries on Ulster in a record victory.
But Ulster boss Dan McFarland has decided to keep his powder dry for the opening week of the Champions Cup campaign by omitting new club captain Iain Henderson.
Jacob Stockdale, who did play a central role for Ireland in Japan, does start, along with Jordi Murphy and Rob Herring, who travelled out to the Far East during the tournament as injury replacements.
McFarland has made seven changes in total from the side that beat Zebre last week, while Munster boss Johann van Graan has made 12 from the side that beat Cardiff Blues away.
Club skipper Peter O'Mahony has involvement from the start, along with World Cup colleagues Andrew Conway, Chris Farrell, Niall Scannell, John Ryan, Jean Kleyn and CJ Stander.
Conor Murray is on the bench.
The best-priced tickets are available to buy online now from ticketmaster.ie, and on match-day tickets can be bought at the stadium from 9.30am.
