Munster and Ireland star CJ Stander filmed training with sheep during lockdown

Sport stars across the world are having to train alone with a lockdown in place in many countries.

But CJ Stander has come up a very creative way to practice his rugby skills by training with a sheep.

The Munster and Ireland star uploaded a clip on Instagram, which shows a sheep running at him, saying: "Have to get the contact skills in. My old nemesis" followed by a sheep emoji.

He added: "No animals were hurt during this session."

The clip prompted some funny replies, with Stander's Munster teammate John Ryan commenting: "Ewe shouldn’t be doing that!!"

Someone else added: "This is the best thing I've seen on the internet since isolation."

Another user said: "This will be a scene in the next rocky balboa film. Chasing the chicken will now be avoiding the ram."
