Mumtaz and Asha Bhosle catch up in Lonavla; spend three days reliving sweet memories - Exclusive!

Well, Mumtaz definitely caught up with a few friends on her recent trip to India - Dharmendra being one of them. Asha Bhosle was one more, which ETimes has learnt today. Having parked herself in her plush Colaba house, Mumtaz was quite out there socialising either outdoors with a few of her close industry friends or indoors in her flat.

ETimes has it that the Asha Bhosle catch-up happened a few days before she left. Yes, Mumtaz has gone back. We also have some exclusive pictures of Mumtaz and Ashaji's meet. See below:

Mumtaz is currently in Dubai with her daughter Natasha and son-in-law Fardeen Khan. From there, she will fly out to be with her husband Mayur Madhvani in Uganda. Mumtaz had a long chat with ETimes on this trip and if you missed it, you can read it below:

So, this story further goes that Mumtaz, accompanied by her sister, caught up with Asha Bhosle in the latter's Lonavla house. The legendary singer, on the other hand, has parked herself in Lonavla almost ever since COVID struck the world last year. From her Khandala house, Ashaji had done a video interview with us, talking about her glorious career. In case you missed that, click on the video below:

When contacted, Mumtaz confirmed and said, "It was a lot of fun meeting Ashaji after such a long time. We go back a long way and have been close friends. I stayed at Ashaji's Lonavla place for 2- 3 days. She made such lovely khaana for us, and mind you, she herself cooked".
