A group of mums have been branded as "outrageous" after they occupied a children's playground in protest at the ongoing lockdown.
The small demonstration took place at the War Memorial Park in Basingstoke, Hampshire, on Monday.
The attendees - who are calling themselves Save our Freedom UK - said they now plan to make it a weekly event, despite the threat of police action.
The group believes coronavirus deaths have been exaggerated by health officials, even as the UK's death toll climbed past 27,500 today.
One of the mums said: "We want to save our rights. We believe the number of people dead from Covid is exemplified (sic).
"Extra numbers are being added into Covid. We don’t want to be unlawfully rejected or kept inside."

The sparsely-attended gathering was organised on Facebook.
Only 10 people were part of the playground sit-in where the mums practised social distancing rules.
Hampshire Police attended the protest but no arrests were made, the Basingstoke Gazette reported.
The protest has angered some NHS workers who branded the gathering as 'outrageous'.
One medic said: "Why aren’t these people being arrested? It’s out of order for people who have lost someone and NHS workers like me who leave their kids and families to work.
"This is outrageous to me and my colleagues.”
Basingstoke police confirmed that they had spoken to a group women about the incident
They said on on Facebook : "This evening (April 27) officers provided advice and moved on a group from War Memorial Park, Basingstoke.
"Despite these reasonable steps, enforcement action has now been taken in Basingstoke Town Centre in relation to the same small group."
Earlier today, Health Secretary Matt Hancock stated that the UK would not be easing lockdown measures in the near future
At Friday's Downing Street conference, Hancock said 122,347 tests were conducted in 24 hours.
He said : "This unprecedented expansion in British testing capability is an incredible achievement," he said.
"Testing is crucial to suppress the virus. It helps remove the worry. It helps keep people safe, and it will help us to unlock the lockdown."
