Mummies of the World: Exhibition at California Science Center in Los Angeles, USA
A pre-Columbian mummy from Chile. On display are exhibits culled from more than 20 museums and seven countries, which range from the 11th century to over 6,000 years in age. The exhibition includes 45 human and animal mummies and an assortment of burial artefacts including amulets, statues and fragments from the Book of the Dead
