MUMBAI: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan along with two others after seizing drugs during a raid at a cruise ship late on Saturday.
The bureau had detained eight people after the raid, including two women.
Those who have been arrested include Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz merchant.
The NCB recovered cannabis from Dhamecha and Arbaz Merchant while Aryan has been booked on charges of consumption of drugs.
"Drugs have been seized from the two detained women too," a senior NCB officer had said earlier.
Others who are being investigated include Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker and Gomit Chopra.
On Saturday evening, NCB sleuths carried out searches at a luxury cruise liner that was to set sail on a two-day voyage from Mumbai.
NCB sources had earlier said that drugs like cocaine, cannabis, Mephedrone and Ecstasy were seized during the bust.
The cruise liner had organised a party during the two-day trip and sold tickets online.
It had mentioned that it would not tolerate consumption and distribution of drugs.
The cruise liner carrying around 800 to 1,000 passengers was supposed to return to Mumbai on October 4.
