MUMBAI: A special court on Tuesday convicted and sentenced ato three years imprisonment in a disproportionate assets case. His wife Aramoni Das was also sentenced to a year’s imprisonment. The court said that the properties to the tune of around Rs 35 lakh are be forfeited to the state government. Following a plea by the accused, they were granted bail.
