Mum with 22 kids says she's 'living to work' despite going on nine holidays in a year including Alton Towers and Lapland

The mum of Britain's largest family has proven she's just like the rest of us normal folk after saying she feels like she 'lives to work'.

Sue Radford is like Superwoman, and looks after 22 children as well as managing a bakery business.

So it's no wonder she needs a holiday now and again.

And when one of her followers joked that she was dropping hints to her husband about needing a break, Sue, 46, insisted that they simply don't have the time.

She's posted a snap of her TV on her Instagram story, writing: "Just watching amazing hotels on catch up and feeling I would love to spend my birthday in this hotel it is amazing".

When one of her followers replied "Hint hint Noel" alongside a laughing emoji, Sue responded: "don't think he could take even a few hrs away from work atm but it would be lovely", along with a string of her own laughing emojis.

Sharing a screenshot of the exchange on her story, the busy mum added: "Really can't complain but sometimes you feel like you are living to work but just keep telling ourselves it's all for our children".

While the Radfords certainly have a busy schedule, they also enjoyed nine holidays over the past year.

They headed on a mini break to Alton Towers in December, having already made trips to the theme park in October and August.

They also went to Finland in December to take the kids to visit Santa in Lapland, and Noel surprised Sue with a romantic spa break for their anniversary last September.

In August, the family took to trip to Scotland, and enjoyed a caravan holiday in July.

In May, Sue and Noel, 51, whisked the kids away for a roadtrip to a mystery location, as well as a holiday to Centreparks.

Their holidays were all completely self-funded though, with the family making money with their pie shop.

Sue and Noel share kids Chris, 32, Sophie, 28, Chloe, 26, Jack, 24, Daniel, 22, Luke, 21, Millie, 20, Katie, 19, James, 18, Ellie, 16, Aimee, 15, Josh, 14, Max, 13, Tillie, 11, Oscar, 10, Casper, nine, Hallie, six, Phoebe, five, Archie, four, Bonnie, three, and Heidie, one.

Their son Alfie was tragically stillborn in 2014.

They live in a 10-bedroom former care home, and share snippets of their busy millionaire lifestyle with their fans on social media.

Their home includes a fancy outdoor cinema and they drive around in a £30,000 Range Rover.

Most recently, they've appeared on Channel 5 show 22 Kids and Counting, and revealed on the show that they've spent £1 million so far raising their family and that Sue has been pregnant for 16 and a half years of her life.
