A horrified gran who used a temporary tattoo on her face for Halloween now says she can't get it to come off. Elizabeth Rose had applied the skeleton bones inking around her mouth and on her cheeks as a part of her costume on the 31st of October, Birmingham Live reports.
However, the 46-year-old now massively regrets the spooky look after being unable to remove it - and is worried she will have to go to work with the inking still on her face . Posting a video of her Halloween mishap to Tik Tok, Elizabeth said: "Put a tattoo sticker on, join in a bit of Halloween, you know? Put some on my granddaughter as well, she's seven, and my daughter rings up going 'has it come off?'
"Well, it can't be that difficult, surely?" She then rubs her face with both a scourer and sponge in the clip - with neither helping to remove the inking.
"F*** sake, I have meetings tomorrow!" she exclaims. Her post has since went viral on the video sharing platform, leaving many in stitches.
One replied: "The thought of you walking into the office like that has me rolling and I don’t even know you!" And a second added: "Honestly grab a roll of packing clear tape. Put it on smooth and it will peel right off!"
"You will get all your projects approved if you show up in the meeting like that," another chimes. A fourth offered some useful advice, saying: "I know it’s your face but nail varnish remover will take this off."
