A mum who went missing was found dead two days after being traced 'safe and well'.

Emma Watson was reported missing at around 3.30pm on Friday, November 8.

Later that night, police confirmed the 32-year-old from Wishaw, Scotland, had been 'traced safe and well'.

Sadly, Emma was found dead at her home just two days later on Sunday, November 10, reports the Daily Record.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

Heartbroken loved ones have paid tribute to the mum on social media.

Vicky Kennedy wrote: "So sorry to hear about Emma, totally shocked.

"My heart goes out to all her family, especially her kids.

"She will be sadly missed."

Linda Dougal said: "Thoughts are with her family and friends so tragic."

Pauline Lennox said: "Heartbreaking x."

A Police Scotland spokesperson told the Record: "Police Scotland can confirm that the body of a 32-year-old woman was found at her home in Gowkthrapple, Wishaw on Sunday, 10 November 2019.

"There are no suspicious circumstances and the Procurator Fiscal has been informed."
