Mum trolled after admitting she reported son's school for re-introducing covid restrictions

A mum who reported her son's school to the authorities after they re-introduced covid restrictions has been viciously trolled by other parents.

The woman said she so was furious after her child's schools re-instated class bubbles, masks, sibling isolations in positive cases, she took her complaint to the school commissioner.

Posting to Mumsnet, she said: "Just reported my kidos to the school commissioner. Against the advice of the DFE they are reimplementing year group bubbles, isolating siblings of positive cases and requiring masks in corridors. So I have followed the advice of the wonderful Nick Gibb and reported them to my regional school commissioner who will be investigating."

However if she was after sympathy or support, she got neither. fellow mums commented in their droves slamming the woman for being "mad" and "idiot" and "pathetic".

One said: "Idiot: You should be ashamed of yourself! This is one of those cases where I hope your kids bring it home to you and that you are a pathetic anti vaxxer."

Another said: "Covid really has brought into stark reality how bloody moronic some people are."

A third said: "Oh well done you! You have just given a lot of stressed out, overworked people an extra pointless thing to do.

"Bravo to that school for trying to put the health of students and staff at the top of their agenda. If you were after praise and support OP you will find little of it here - nor will you find it from the school or the vast majority of other parents."
