A mum has revealed how she transformed her son's stained baby grows with a genius tip.
TikTok user @elletay517 demonstrated how easy it is to cover up stains on your kids' clothes in a clip that has been viewed more than 1.2 million times.
Elle explained that after a number of failed attempts to get the stains out of her little boy's old baby grows she decided to do the next best thing - dye them.
After seeing a number of people on TikTok using Dylon, she decided to give it a go - and it didn't disappoint.
She said: "So Levi has a bunch of old baby grows that are stained.
"So I just want to see if this would work to cover up the stains."
In the video, which is captioned: "Saved me from throwing these away, brilliant," Elle told viewers that she was going to test the 'smoke grey' colour, which she says you can buy from either B&M or Wilkos.
The first thing Elle did was dampen the stained clothes, before putting them and the dye pod into the drum of the washing machine.
Then she put the load of washing on for a cycle and let the dye work its magic.
"That looks a bit scary," she admitted as the clothes changed colour.
The clothes were then put on for a second wash, which was when she added detergent.
Once the clothes were dry, she showed off the final results and said: "I'm actually so impressed. You can't even see how badly these were stained."
Since being posted, Elle's video has received almost 400,000 likes and more than 1,000 comments from impressed viewers who praised her for the money-saving tip.
One person said: "Wish I thought of this could have saved loads of money. I threw them and bought new. Saved this for future refs. Amazing idea!"
Another said: "THIS is such a smart idea. mom for the win."
"Not me mourning over all the white onesies I tossed out," said a third.
Another admitted: "I was not convinced it would hide the stains. I was definitely wrong."
And one person suggested: "And then when they stain again, they're getting dyed black."
