A mum proved that transforming a run-of-the-mill household room doesn't have to be a huge financial investment after revealing her very own craft area.
The new-look room features shelves of craft goods like paints and pom-poms and a rack to hang scissors, all complete with a bargain paint job and colourful chairs.
According to the woman, her girls are very happy with the end results after she shopped at low-cost stores Ikea, Wilko and Hobbycraft for deals.
The project has received thousands of reactions online with some people saying the images have inspired them to create their own affordable craft rooms.
The original post said: "Just wanted to share our craft room! Mostly Ikea and Hobbycraft. The chairs we got second hand and sprayed, the sprinkles wall is hand-painted, using tester pots from Wilkos! My girls are very happy."
The four chairs have been sprayed with matt spray paint that can cost anywhere from £11 to £12.50 and by buying them second you can keep the cost down.
By opting for paint samples that cost £1.25 from Wilko, she managed to keep the budget low.
The sprinkle design means you need a fraction of the paint and if you already have a white or plain wall you can just add the spots on top.
Shelves and shelf brackets similar to the ones in the photograph cost around £6 from Ikea.
A similar style pegboard is also available from Ikea and depending on the size you would like, it costs between £9.50 and £26.
