A DIY savvy mum has transformed her Ikea storage shelves into a trendy sideboard for less than £30.
Stacie Winter's £75 Kallax unit from Ikea is now totally unrecognisable after she gave it a makeover.
Stacie said she decided to upcycle the storage unit because she "couldn't afford the furniture she wanted" - and the results have amazed other DIY enthusiasts.
Posting pictures on the DIY on a Budget Facebook page, Stacy said: "When you can’t afford the furniture you want, but you can afford Fablon and Hairpin legs! My upcycle project.

Stacy's post got almost 700 comments from people who were astonished at the results.
