One mum is making sure she adds a personal touch to her kid's spooky Halloween outfit.
Giving the pre-packaged costumes a miss, Amyleigh Harrison, transformed her son Finlay, 6, into Pennywise, the creepy clown from It.
She bought some £2 tights from Primark and picked up the costume and the wig on Amazon for £19.
Her total spend for Finlay's costume was £21, pretty impressive considering how detailed it is.
The 25-year-old, from Doncaster, posted a picture of the finished look on a popular bargain-hunting Facebook page , and it got a stellar response - with 28,000 likes and more than 4,000 comments to date.
Amyleigh, who works as a warehouse operative, says: "I can't really believe how much attention it has got.
"I didn't think it'd be like this from just a post on Facebook."
The mum-of-two dressed her youngest son Conlon, 4, as Georgie from It, dressing him in a yellow raincoat and giving him a paper boat as a prop.
Georgie famously gets his armed ripped off by Pennywise before the clown kills him.
Amyleigh says: "My boys are over the moon with it and they absolutely love the costumes, it's who they wanted to dress up as and they can't wait to dress up again on Halloween."
Although the most of feedback she has had has been positive, the mum-of-two says some people have been critical of her costumes choices.
"The majority of people think they look great but you get the odd person saying that they're too young and stuff.
"But the kids like it and that's all that matters."
