A mum has told how she was left touched by a toy store worker's kind gesture after her son broke down in tears while shopping.
The woman said she and her son had visited The Entertainer shop in Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port when the boy became upset due to being "overwhelmed".
But at this point the staff member noticed this and came over and calmed the little boy down.
The staff member showed the young boy where the "post box" was so he could write to Father Christmas, reported the Liverpool Echo.
She also got the boy a toy catalogue so he could "pick his list" on what he wanted for Christmas.

Posting on a local Facebook, the mum said: "A big thank you to the lovely lady that works at The Entertainer.
"My little boy gets overwhelmed sometimes. The lady noticed this and came over and calmed him down, showed him their post box to write to Santa and got him a toy catalogue to pick his list for Santa.
