Woman leaves salon in tears with eyebrows so bad a 'child could have drawn them'

A mum-to-be claims she left a salon in tears as her eyebrows were so bad 'a four-year-old could have drawn them on better blindfolded'.

Megan Ferguson, 26, claims she was left with huge thick eyebrows which far extended over the natural outline of her brows and looked like they had been 'drawn on with a marker pen'.

At 21 weeks pregnant with her first baby, she just wanted to feel good but says it all went wrong after the tint and wax .

Megan says she won't be going back to the salon.

She says: "I'm 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby, so just wanted to feel good and it went very wrong.

"I won't be going back, it looked like a four year old had done them - to be fair I know a few kids who could do it better blind folded.

"They looked like they were drawn with a marker pen - I won't be going back."

Human faces are now a different shape because of all the processed food we eat

Megan had been excited to get her brows tinted and waxed at a local salon in Surrey ahead of a family party last Friday.

The marketing worker had previously had her eyebrows tattooed in the past, but could not undergo this again due to being 21 weeks pregnant.

So instead she asked for a £15 wax and tint - but she was 'horrified' with the result.

Furious Megan left the shop after paying for the treatment and ran to the closest Superdrug , where she paid another beautician a further £5 to fix them as much as she could.

Megan said: "I went into the eyebrow shop for a wax and a tint, I asked them to follow my brow and tattoo line.

"I'm pregnant so couldn't go back and get them tattooed.

"One woman did the wax, then I waited and a second women did the tint.

"At the end I couldn't believe how bad they were, I was in shock.

"She could tell by my face - I said 'what have you done?'

Mum dumped after microblading treatment leaves her with 'four eyebrows'

"They didn't say anything so I walked out because I was either going to cry or explode.

"I didn't know what else to do so I paid and ran out and FaceTimed a friend to show her.

"She googled how to remove the tint so I ran into a nearby Superdrug to get them fixed by the brow lady in there, I didn't want anyone to see me.

"She was just as shocked and couldn't believe any professional could leave me looking like that.

"She had some stain remover and she tried her best to remove as much as she could."

Microblading eyebrows has this scary risk - what to do when inking goes wrong

Megan claims she was told the initial job was done by a trainee.

In total, between the original treatment and the £5 Superdrug stain removal she was forced to spend £20 on her brows.

But even after this, Megan claims she went home and was forced to keep scrubbing till her eyebrows looked normal again.
