As summer fast approaches, the likelihood is that you'll see adverts targeting you to become 'beach body ready', and with the influx of people on social media posing away in bikinis, it can make even the most confident of people feel slightly insecure.
But one mum has shared that what we see on social media isn't actually the whole reality - and often, photographs are all about the angles.
She proved this by taking a photo in the mirror, and then one of her body from above. Sarah, who posts as thebirdspapaya to her 2.3million Instagram followers, wants to highlight people should love themselves regardless.

She captioned the pictures: "Whenever I'm struggling with self-image I realise a lot of it is because I'm just always seeing it in so many different ways.
"The desire to hide or change my clothes is so real and also ok when I need to quiet the mind.
"But other days, like today? I just see it for what it is.
"Keep on keeping on. I'm never gonna 'love' it but I will LOVE it."
Many of her followers appreciated her realness and her empowering message, and they left comments of support.
Many left comments saying that her posts had made them feel more comfortable in their own bodies too, reports the Daily Star.
One wrote: "You've made me a lot more comfortable wearing clothes that show my tummy over the last few years because of posts like this - thank you."
"This is the stuff every teen girl needs to see daily", someone else praised. "Because what is presented on social media is always just a tiny piece and not always a realistic one at that. Thank you forever!!"
Another commenter said that seeing the "above" angle has left them "spiralling" to a low place in the past, but seeing others in the same place makes her feel better.
