A mum is suing five of her son's BDSM partners after he died from silicone injections into his genitals, reports say.
Tank Hafertepen was allegedly forced into making his testicles as big as a basketball while he was a 'submissive' in a BDSM group in Seattle, US.
Mr Hafertepen changed his first name to Tank after his 'master' ordered him to use steroids to put on weight.
The 29-year-old, previously called Jack, also took on Dylan Hafertepen's surname to show his devotion to his 'master'.
His mum Linda Chapman is now suing Hafertepen, Daniel Balderas Hafertepen, Charles Osborn, Matthew Scott, and Philip Myers.
Hafertepen failed to tell Ms Chapman that her son had been hospitalised - and she only found out he had passed away a week after his death.
Australian Ms Chapman was filmed confronting Hafertepen as part of The Project programme on Australia's Channel 10.
She said: "I believe with all my heart that you are wholly and solely responsible for my son's death.
"I wish you were dead. I've heard of the abuse at your hand. You abused him."
Showing Hafertepen a picture of her boy, she added: "That's my son, that's my Jack... not what you turned him into, not what you wanted him to be.
"Bigger, bigger, bigger but never big enough. What sort of person injects into their fricking balls to please you? What sort of person does that?
"Someone that feels so badly about themselves. Someone who is vulnerable, who just wanted your love at any cost - and the cost of his life."
Tank ran a popular Tumblr account with Hafertepen, whose orders he had to follow.
The page showed off their BDSM activities and they quickly became rising stars in the gay bear scene, Pink News reports.
Hafertepen allegedly encouraged his five 'subs' to lift weights, eat multiple meals a day and take steroids.
He also reportedly pushed them to pump silicone into their penises and testicles, enlarging the size of their genitalia.
However, Hafertepen denied forcing Tank to inject silicone.
