A mum says her children were left 'grossed out' after opening their Easter eggs only to discover green and grey furry mould on them.
Louis McGregor, 42, from Brockworth in Gloucestershire bought a pair of eggs two weeks ago ahead of an egg hunt for her daughters. She got them from a Sainsbury's superstore in Cheltenham as her local one didn't have any in stock.
After purchasing them, she stored 'The Yolkers' eggs in a cupboard ready for the big day. However, instead of her young children getting a sweet treat, they were greeted with mouldy chocolate.

She told GloucestershireLive : "I bought them two weeks ago from the Cheltenham store. They didn’t have them in store in my local Barnwood store, so I travelled to get them.
"Opened this morning (April 18) after the Easter egg hunt, and my daughter found this! I bought two for my daughters - Hattie, 7, and Flossie, 3. They were so disappointed! And grossed out!"
She continued: "I contacted Sainsbury's straight away and they said they would send me a gift card for £10. They said they’d only refund the one that was mouldy.. I said ‘do you expect my daughters to eat the other one?’ They said they understood my disappointment - but I'm pretty sure they didn’t."

Mrs McGregor explained that the gift card is for £10, £3.50 refund and £6.50 goodwill gesture. She said she thought the gesture was "a joke" from "such a large reputable company".
A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said: “Cases like this are extremely rare and we have apologised to Ms McGregor for her experience. We have offered her a £10 gift card in the form of a refund and gesture of goodwill for her items.”
