A grieving mother was gunned down in a cemetery as she visited the grave of her recently deceased son on his "first birthday in heaven".
Yolanda N'Gaojia, 52, was shot at the Calvary Baptist Church Garden of Memories Cemetery, Texas, US on March 22.
The mourning mum was killed in what would have been her son Amir Tajai-Kineh N'Gaojia's 22nd birthday.
Police confirmed a second victim had non-life threatening injuries and is set to be stable.
According to KWTX, a white Chevrolet Camaro with bullet-holes in was bordered off with police tape at the scene.
The tragic woman's ex-husband expressed his grief in a series of social media posts.

Kineh N'Gaojia in a Facebook post said: "I have no words because I can't believe this is real.
"This is stuff you see on movies but it has become our life. I can't believe you are gone.
"How y'all gonna kill her on her Son birthday at his gravesite??? GOD...Help please."
He continued: "My children will never be the same again. We are all f***ed right now.
"'Those bullets took a precious gem from us but gave us an Amazing Angel to guide us so you know we ain't going nowhere but up cause we know how hard you rode for your family.
"Thank you for making our lives complete we gonna miss you Soldier.
"WE LOVE YOU. Kiss Amir for me and tell him how much I/we love and miss him."
Her son, Q Jones NGaojia, posted a photo with his mum on social media, saying: "I love you Mama. Stay with me."
According to Facebook posts from their son's father, Amir died on New Year's Day age 21. The cause of death was not made public.
Police are investigating the murder and have appealed for any information about the shooting.
