Mum shares priceless shopping blunder after ordering kid's bag from Next

A mum who ordered a bag for her daughter from Next was left in hysterics when it arrived.

Louise Suntah was over the moon when she came across a neon pink bag in the Next sale for an absolute steal.

She ordered it for her daughter for when she goes back to school in the autumn term, but when it arrived Louise realised she'd made a big mistake.

She uploaded a picture of the bag to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing, and wrote: "I ordered a bag from the Next sale. I thought my daughter could use it for school.

It was as small as a bag of crisps (Facebook/Extreme Couponing and Bargains)

"It just arrived. Edit* (crisps for size comparison)."

When Louise finally received the order and unpackaged it, she was stunned at the size of it.

It was as small as a packet of crisps.

Since being shared, the post has received nearly 6,000 likes and 2,000 comments.

One said: "This post has cracked me up."

Another said: "Prime example of why I hate online shopping. Never get what your expecting."

A third also said: "Took me ages to realise the crisps weren’t inside the bag when it arrived."

And: "Glad it’s not just me that orders like this" said a fourth.

Louise's post also inspired many others to share their online shopping fails.

One person ordered a large dog swimming pool, but it was so small that their husky could barely put two of its paws in for a dip.

A woman also admitted to purchasing a swimming pool for their children.

However when it arrived, it was barely bigger than their Amazon fire tablet.
