A mum has shared a simple iPhone hack to ensure you never miss an important phone call or text again.

Lauren shared the "mum hack that you need to know" on TikTok, where she posts under the username @laurenjd25.

In the video, which has since gone viral, the 25-year-old mum demonstrates how to turn on a setting in the contacts app which means your phone will ring out loud when you get a text message or phone call from certain people.

Using the card for her child's school as an example, she explains: "Go onto your contacts, click the contact that you need.
