Losing track of children in busy places is a living nightmare for parents - and one mum has shared her advice for dealing with the worry, saying: "There is nothing I could recommend higher."
Lucy Jobbins says she lost sight of her son Teddy on a family outing the the beach last year and "never recovered from the trauma" until a friend recommended Apple AirTags.
The small pieces of technology are intended to clip onto items like keys or wallets and transmit a signal to phones to show their location in the event they become lost.
But beauty therapist Lucy now carries a couple in her baby bag, and attaches them to the labels in the clothing of her two children, five year old Penelope and three year old Teddy, when they are in crowded areas.

The 32-year-old from Leeds bought them on Amazon for £29 each and is now recommending other parents do the same as it "really calms me down".
She says her children know what the technology does, and have been told to stand still if they were to ever lose sight of their mum to help her find them.
Sharing the hack on Facebook, Lucy wrote: "I thought parents would appreciate this. I have two babies under five and one of them bolts away from me whenever he gets the chance.
"Apple AirTags from Amazon, connected to my phone so I can clip them to the inside of their clothes if we go somewhere busy/crowded.
"Best money I have ever spent. I used them while we were at Alton towers this weekend and it really calmed me down. We lost my littlest at a beach last year and I never recovered from the trauma... Until now."
The post racked up hundreds of comments, with one parent saying they use an AirTag in their daughter's school bag, while others shared their own moments of panic when out and about with little ones.
Some people asked about the range of the signal in AirTags, with reports saying the Bluetooth range for precision tracking is about 15 to 30 feet, but users can still get a general location far beyond that if other iPhones are nearby.
Lucy said that she's an "average paranoid mum" and had a scare last year when Teddy ran off and was missing for ten minutes.
"We were both running around like headless chickens trying to find him," she explained.
"My friend told me about Apple AirTags. I have them attached to the inside of my baby bag, so when we're out and about and I get a bit stressed from crowded places I will clip them on the inside of the kids' clothes tag.
"It really calms me down. Until you have two kids and are in a crowded area you would never know the stress.
