Mum shares genius Christmas card hack that will help parents get kids to write them

A mum has shared a genius hack to help make sure your child signs all their Christmas cards this year.

As most parents will know, all kids start out with great intentions of writing out every card themselves to each of their 27 classmates, teachers, plus cousins, aunts, uncles grannies and grandads.

But usually, after the fourth card, the little ones are fed-up and it's left to mum and dad to fill out the rest.

But one mum has found a genius way to make life easier for everyone - a personalised signature stamp.

The mum said her daughter wanted to send a whopping 80 Christmas cards to pals, but was weary after writing so many.

Posting the idea on Facebook, the mum explained that her daughter has hypermobile joints in her hands and finds it difficult to write for long periods of time.

The mum wrote: "Christmas card writing hack for kids.

“I got my daughter to write the following, scanned it and made a stamp from it. Will make the Christmas card writing task so much easier."

She explained that she asked her daughter to write "Love from Chloe" on a piece of paper, before scanning it into the computer and editing out the background.

The message was then used to create a personalised stamp on Vistaprint, as reported by The Mirror.

She continued: "They write so much at school that at home her tolerance is low.

"Last year she wrote all her cards in stages, maybe 4 per day but I wanted something easier this year as time is flying and there's so much school stuff to do before the end of the year.

The mum has been praised for creating a personalised stamp which signs her daughter's name in her own handwriting.
