A mum has shared a hilarious note penned by her daughter in the days before her birthday and other parents think it's genius.
The mum shared the funny letter on Facebook and the post quickly gain hundreds of comments from people impressed by the girl's ingenuity.
The note was written and left by the daughter pretending to be her dad, asking what gifts her mother had bought for her.
Sharing a picture of the note the mum said: "Finding this note a couple of days before your daughter's birthday..."
The note is addressed to 'Dear mum" however mum is scored out and replaced with the word 'wife'.
The rest of the letter reads: "I have forgotten what we have got our favourite daughter Tiegan for her birthday so please write it here.
"From your husband, (definitely not Tiegan)."
The comical note received scores of comments from people on the Family Lockdown Tips and Ideas page on Facebook praising the girl for her crafty work.
One said: "So funny, she obviously has a great personality."
Another added: "Seems legit"
"I can't tell you how much I love this," said another.
While others suggested responses for the mum to write back.
One said: "Dear husband!
"Thank you for reminding me of her birthday!
"I'll sort something out of last year's Christmas stockings!"
