Mum reveals she has already bought and wrapped presents for next Christmas

A mum has split opinion after revealing that she has already bought and wrapped some of her presents for her family members ahead of next Christmas. Tina vowed she will be organised this year as she has six children and 16 grandchildren to get gifts for, reports the Mirror.

She took to social media to share her early plans for the festive season despite it being 11 months away. The mother shared a snap of her presents all wrapped up on New Years Eve on Facebook.

Tina said: "Some Christmas presents for 2023 bought and wrapped to be organised like I used to be as I have six adult children, 16 grandchildren [and] then all the birthdays in between."

Tina confessed that she has already made extensive Christmas plans for 2023. These including purchasing a Christmas card and two Christmas Eve boxes for herself and her youngest daughter.

Alongside those purchase, she has also bought a pair of matching pyjamas, wrapping paper, money wallets and tree ornaments. The mum says she will be writing down all the gifts and who they are for in a notebook, so she doesn't forget.

She said: "I hope to be finished by the end of November." The mother's present prep was quick to stir up discussion with many people quick to give their thoughts.

Many people were impressed that Tina had managed to start her Christmas shopping already. One person said: "Wow that's good.

"I can't even think of getting anything now till next September. I've got four children, seven grandkids but I normally get it done within plenty of time, it's birthdays that I've now got to think of."

Another added: "Your organisation skills are inspiring." Whilst a third stated :"Wow, 16 grandchildren! No wonder you are so organised."

Meanwhile, other people shared the mum's enthusiasm for starting Christmas plans as soon as possible. One person said: "I already got my husband’s family taken care of for 2023.

"10 adults done. I just need three nieces, one nephew and my [mother-in-law] and I'm done with his side."

Another stated : "I'm doing the same thing for 2023, so many to buy for just for Christmas, plus my two kids have big birthdays and my big birthday too."

However, for others even the thought of starting Christmas shopping brings about dread. One person said: "This all gives me a panic mode.

"I must de stress before I can start again. Good luck to all."
