Mum-of-three, 41, crushed to death by her own delivery van outside home

A woman died when she was crushed between her own delivery van and a wall at her home.

Tracy Evans, 41, suffered head injuries following the incident on January 23.

The mum-of-three was found lying next to the van at her home in Llandudno, North Wales.

She was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital in Bangor and then transferred to the major trauma unit at the Royal Stoke Hospital.

An inquest heard the woman, a sales assistant, died four days later.

A post-mortem examination revealed the cause of her death as a lack of oxygen to the brain due to the injuries she had suffered.

Tracy and husband Jonny had three children, James, Owen and Evie.

John Gittins, coroner for North Wales East and Central, heard inquiries into her death are continuing.

He adjourned the Ruthin inquest to a date to be fixed.
