A mum-of-six has been found in a 'bad' condition after she mysteriously disappeared while on holiday in Turkey.
Carolann Davis was last seen in the early hours of Monday morning near the Blue Bay Hotel in Marmaris.
When it was realised the 38-year-old was missing her daughter Cherhys launched an appeal online, Glasgow Live reported.
The 18-year-old's post was shared thousands of times on Facebook and caught the attention of cops in Glasgow, who helped in the search.
Last night Cherhys returned to Facebook to announce that her mother had been found.
She wrote: "Thank you so much for everyone who helped to find my mum she is in a bad condition the now but on way to hospital to get sorted, really appreciate it.
"I want to thank everyone who took time out their day and extra work yesterday to help find my mum I appreciate it so so much.
"It was a terrifying day for us, and no it’s nothing to do with any of the people over there.
"In fact there are some lovely amazing Turkish people who went that extra mile to help find her.
"All everyone needs to know is she is safe and on route to recovery, hopefully home with us soon."
It is not clear what happened to Carolann.
When Cherhys first posted about her missing parent she said the family was worried sick.
"She has left without her phone or money," she wrote.
"This is out of character."
When news broke that she had been found people rushed to offer their warm words.
"Hope your mum is Ok Cherhys," one social media user wrote.
"So happy she has been found."
Another woman added: "So happy she has been found. Hope and pray nothing to serious. Thinking of u all."
