The mum of a passionate England fan who collapsed and died as he celebrated Harry Kane scoring against Germany has said her son would be "so proud" at supporters singing his name.
Karen Sayer's son Charlie Naughton was in the pub with his dad and friends to watch England's crucial match against the Germans last Tuesday.
But as The Crown in Cowley, Middlesex erupted to celebrate the captain scoring England's second goal, Charlie collapsed.
Despite paramedics and doctors working on him for nearly three hours, he died aged just 29 and wearing his beloved England shirt.
Karen thought she'd be unable to watch another England game, after losing her son but as people heard about Charlie's death through social media, messages of support started pouring in from football stars and celebrities.
Harry Kane tweeted: "I'm so sorry to hear about Charlie passing away - my thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends.
"We will give it everything tomorrow and for the rest of the tournament for fans like Charlie. RIP Charlie Naughton."
Messages came in from England players Reece James, Mason Mount, Chelsea heroes John Terry and Dennis Wise, as well as celebrities Mark Wright and Marvin Humes, to name just a few.
Karen told the Mirror that watching England in the quarter finals against Ukraine was tough as her family and friends gathered at home to support each other.
She said: "I didn't want to watch the match, but then we got the message from Harry Kane saying he was doing it for Charlie, then Harry scored in the 4th minute and I thought 'he's doing it, he's doing it for my boy'.
You can help raise money for Charlie's funeral by visiting his GoFundMe page here.

"These footballers have taken time out while training for this huge game to message us and it really has got me through the darkest times.
"If I could personally thank them, I'm so grateful, it means the world to me.
"Nobody expects to bury their son, he was healthy, he had his whole life ahead of him, but people are taking the time to say his name, to sing his name, I know he would have been so proud."
During England's 4-0 thrashing of Ukraine on Saturday night, people began chanting 'There's only one Charlie Naughton' throughout the 29th minute of the game - as Charlie was 29-years-old, and he died on June 29.

His cousin Chloe Wise, also 29, told the Mirror Charlie would have been proud to hear people chanting his name.
A life-long Chelsea fan, Charlie had a huge Three Lions tattoo put on his leg when he was just 16, and always believed England would win.
Chloe said: "People say wrong place, wrong time but Charlie was exactly where he should have been.
"He was celebrating in a pub with his dad and his best mates. As much as it's awful, Charlie was where he should have been."

She added that her bricklayer cousin was so excited to be watching the match, having finished work early on Tuesday in time to get to the pub for the 5pm kick off.
"He would have been in his element, England vs Germany, wearing his England shirt and having a few drinks, celebrating with his dad," Chloe added.
"If he was going to go, this was the best time for him, it's the only thing we as a family can take comfort from.
"Watching an England game is never going to be the same again for any of us."
The family say they have been overwhelmed by the support from both the GoFundMe page set up to pay for his funeral, to the message they have received.
They also hoped that people would remember Charlie on Wednesday night for the semi-final against Denmark by either raising a glass or singing out his name during the 29th minute.
