The mum of a British teenager missing in Majorca has spoken of her distress as police continue their search.
Taya O'Loughlin, 14, is said to have vanished from outside her secondary school in the city of Palma at around 8am on Tuesday.
She was last seen wearing carrying a white backpack with flowers on it - and disappeared at the same time as a Spanish friend.
Mum Danielle Kennedy raised the alarm at 3pm on the same day, with police launching a huge manhunt on the Balearic island.
But Taya is yet to be located two days later - leaving her family in anguish.

Ms Kennedy, an ex-pat, told The Sun : "I have no idea where she is and this is just not like her - she has gone missing.
"I really have no idea where she might be and this is a terrible time."
Taya is said to have gone missing from outside Ramon Llull, a school on Avenida Portugal.
Reports suggest she was spotted with a local girl who lives in a children's home.
Ms Kennedy added: "I know who the Spanish girl is but I can’t give any information.
"This is a very trying time for the family."
A police unit responsible for the safety of women and children has been put in charge of the search, according to Diario de Mallorca.
Taya, described as around 5ft 8in tall, was last seen wearing black trousers, white and black trainers and a grey top.
Police in Majorca have so far not commented on the search.
The Mirror has approached the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for comment.
Palma, the island's capital, is known to be popular with ex-pats and holidaymakers from Britain.
