Sue Radford has opened up about her painfully swollen foot after she was bitten during the night.
The mum-of-22 shared a video on the family's YouTube channel to update their viewers with the news.
She said she woke up with "unbearable scratching" on her foot, which then became red and swollen, Lancs Live reports.
In the video, Sue, who lives with her family in Morecambe, Lancashire, said: "I got bitten, well I think got bitten on my foot during the night.
"Not last night but the night before, I woke up with unbearable scratching on the top of my foot.
"I was thinking, no, I’ve definitely been bitten by something."
When her foot became red and swollen, initially she thought it was because she had been scratching it during the night.
But during the day, the injury became worse, leaving her worried.
Sue said: "Throughout the day it swelled up even more and by tea time, I couldn't see my ankle. It was that swollen."
Husband Noel popped out to grab his wife some antihistamines that would be suitable for her to have whilst breastfeeding, but unfortunately they didn't do much to help the swelling.
In the clip, Sue added: "I took some last night but it hasn't really done anything.
"I've got some more this morning and it’s still not really gone down. It’s so bad."
While getting the youngest family members ready for nursery, Sue waited to be called by the doctors who prescribed her some antibiotics and told her to take them only if she feels they are necessary.
The family of 24 will be returning for a new series of 22 Kids And Counting on Channel 5.
The returning 10-part-series will showcase life in their 10-bedroom home in Morecambe with their second eldest daughter, Chloe, flying the nest to live with her boyfriend and Millie’s baby Ophelia, the youngest grandchild at nine months old, growing up.
Last weekend, Sue took her children to a trampoline park.
The brood were seen bouncing along with their mum, 46, in a video posted to the family's Instagram page over the weekend.
Sue was seen leaping up and down with some of her youngest kids at the indoor activity centre.
It comes after the family enjoyed a recent holiday to Centre Parcs and a day trip to Alton Towers, with photos and video shared across their social media channels.
