Mum gives birth to '6kg toddler' and people joke he's already got a credit score

A mum has left people stunned after she revealed how much her son weighed when she gave birth.

TikTok user @tawnee117 asked mums to share their stories of birthing big babies - and one mum definitely delivered.

In a bid to claim the top spot, @shans1588 replied to the video, revealing that her second son weighed roughly six and a half kilograms.

In a video that has been viewed more than 28.8 million times, Shans shared a picture of her son just moments after she gave birth with the help of two doctors - and viewers couldn't believe it.

"Oh you want to play the biggest baby?" she replied. "I got you."

"At 38 weeks and one day, I had my second son via C-section with two doctors assisting.

"Because he came in at a whopping 14 pounds, point six ounces," - that is just over six and a half kilograms.

He was also close to 60 centimetres long.

"That's right," she says. "I gave birth to a toddler, who then spent 11 days in the NICU."

The doctors didn't have any nappies or clothes that fit him (Mum on TikTok)

"Where clearly, he was the biggest baby in there.

"The NICU didn't even have diapers for him or clothes, they had to go upstairs to pediatrics and get size three diapers and he came home in clothing, sized six to nine months."

Since being posted, the video has racked up more than 7.1 million likes and 103,000 comments from shocked viewers who joked he looked like a full-blown adult.

One person said: "He's already got a credit score."

Another said: "I'm sorry but we gonna have to see the kid now."

"Gurl I'm sorry," commented a third.

And: "They're holding him like a prize-winning bass," joked a fourth.

In a follow-up video, Shan said that her now five-year-old is healthy and happy.

"Our 14 1b .6oz baby boy J is a healthy, stubborn and STRONG five-year-old who loves baseball, football and Monster Trucks," she said.
