Mum given police caution and sacked from job after racist rant at cocktail bar doorman

A mum who went on a vile racist rant at a cocktail bar doorman has been given a police caution and sacked from her job.

Justine Morrison, 51, has been unmasked as the woman who called a bouncer at Vine Bar in Halifax, West Yorkshire "you black man" in a viral video.

The accountant was seen hurling disgusting abuse on January 6 after she was reportedly kicked out of the bar.

In the video, she was heard telling the bouncer "that's why you get a name" in a racist outburst.

She is seen clapping her hands together in mock applause adding: "Oh my god you must be so proud. You're working on a door."

A man behind her tells her: "Come on, let's go."

Morrison was also sacked from her job at the Shine Theatre Arts company.

The owner of the bar told the Mirror that staff were "truly appalled" and were "saddened" over the abuse, adding the woman has been permanently barred from the establishment and that she's been reported to pub-wider for a "wider ban to be imposed".

They added that this behaviour would not be tolerated and thanked the police for taking "swift and decisive action".

The video was posted to Facebook with the caption: "Love the first-week bk on the door after Xmas.

"We would like to thank West Yorkshire Police for handling the incident promptly."

We would also like to thank everyone who has sent messages of support and concern -there are a lot of kind, decent people out there who find this behaviour completely shocking and unacceptable.

A spokesperson for Shine told the MailOnline: "This is all really, really upsetting. I have been told by the police that I should make no comment about this. I can’t say any more."
