If you've ever sold your house and been present for a house viewing, you'll know that it can be a little bit awkward - but the majority of the time, people are on their best behaviour and will just have a look around. And if they do want to see something in more detail, they'll likely ask to be polite.
But one woman was left baffled when people came to her house to potentially buy it, as they snooped on features without her permission. Arguably, the first red flag was that they came armed with a clipboard.
She explained on Mumsnet that they proceeded to check every little nook and cranny in the house - and after three hours, she had "had enough."

She wrote: "Five years ago we had viewers to our house which was for sale. A retired couple arrived with a clipboard held out in front of the man.
"They came in and were a nightmare. Opening my windows, wardrobes, kitchen draws, running taps, jumping up and down on my floor, taking photos, flushing toilets, and much much more! After three hours I had had enough and said we were going out so they would have to leave.
"We never heard from them again but the owner of the house we eventually bought said she had had them view hers and they had stayed six hours doing the same things.
"I later found out they are serial house viewers and do it as a 'nice day out'."
But it didn't stop there as the couple were still doing house viewings for fun, despite the fact five years had elapsed, and the original poster explained she was now selling her house again.
She continued: "Anyway, we are now moving again and low and behold who turns up at the door, only Mr and Mrs pain in the a**e. I did not remember their name or I would have refused a viewing. Same as last time clipboard and pen ready.
"The moment I opened the door I recognised them.
"I was so angry with these time wasters I just said "YOU AGAIN! F*** OFF! and closed the door. I feel better now."
In the comments, people found her reaction hilarious, with many admitting that they couldn't blame her for her reaction.
One wrote: "Excellent response, but why the f*** did you allow them to view your last house for three hours!!!!"
Someone else commented: "Well done for standing your ground! Not sure about swearing in their faces but well done anyway!"
"It does not surprise me one bit that people like this exist", another jibed.
One Mumsnetter fumed: "I think you might have expressed it with slightly more delicacy - but I too would have sent them on their way.
"I remember having a viewer who more or less gave herself away during her visit. I sped through the rest of the viewing and showed her the door.
"I am surprised this can still happen as normally estate agents now have to establish and evidence that potential buyers have their home on the market or have the cash.
"It is sickening as selling a home is so stressful and such a rollercoaster of emotions."
