As a parent, one of the many, many tricky things you have to navigate is juggling noisy household tasks like vacuuming alongside your baby's sleep schedule.
Those peaceful nap times are so important, and there is no greater fear than waking a baby up when you've spent so long trying to get them to settle.
But mum Ciera Reynolds believes she's come up with the perfect solution to ensuring her baby is never woken up by loud noises - never keeping the house quiet.
On her popular TikTok account @cieralynn, she explains that since her daughter Ellis was born she has never gone out of her way to give the tot somewhere quiet to take a nap - meaning she can now sleep through the noisiest of situations.

In a video that showed the 24-year-old mum, who is from the US, vacuuming her carpet next to her sleeping baby, she wrote: "I've never kept a 'quiet' house since the day she was born, so now we don't have to worry about waking her up and we can continue our normal lives. It makes going out in public so much easier."
Ciera's video quickly went viral and currently has more than 4.7 million views - with many commenters amazed by the technique.
One person said: "After working in a daycare centre this is something I tell everyone! Make all the noise you can when you bring them home so they don’t wake up."

While another wrote: "Absolutely! It irritates me when people tiptoe around the baby. I’ve been this way with my daughter and everything is just background noise to her."
And a third added: "I'm taking notes, this is a genius idea."
But other commenters weren't so sure the method was a good idea, as several said that encouraging heavy sleeping will likely lead to Ellis being unable to wake up to the sound of her alarm when she starts going to school.

Someone posted: "I did this with my kids and I loved it when they were younger. Now they are teenagers and they never hear their alarm! I think I messed up with that one."
As someone else agreed, writing: "She’s going to grow up to be one of those people that need 50 alarms to wake up."
When another also commented: "My mum did this and now I barely wake up to an alarm clock literally branded 'sonic bomb'. I wake up to angry neighbours banging at my door instead."
