A mum was horrified when she made the grim discovery of a used nappy on a park slide.
The nappy was spotted at the bottom of a slide in a children's play area at the park on Ramsbrook Road in Speke on Sunday afternoon (June 9).
A picture of the disgusting find shows how the relatively large, burst nappy had exploded and leaked over part of the play equipment.
A mum was left appalled after seeing the nappy while taking her children to the park and shared an image of the offending item on social media.
It is unclear how long the spoiled nappy had been on the slide or if it has yet been removed.
