A mum and her young children fled a hotel after finding blood smeared on the walls and furniture of their room, it has been claimed.
Danielle Watson checked into the Norbreck Castle Hotel in Blackpool with her four kids, as well as a pal and her offspring, on July 5 but said a catalogue of issues saw them abandon their stay.
On arrival at the lodging, the mum, from Scotland, said staff were unaware the group had reserved an early check in.
And Danielle said she had also requested a disabled access room due to the needs of her children but the hotel was unable provide one, reports LancsLive.

After allegedly only being offered a room on the second floor or higher, the family made their way to their way through the hotel.
"The corridor on the way to the room was horrendous," explained Danielle.
"The room itself was awful! There was graffiti over the walls, damp, mould, dirt, and body fluids one of which being blood smeared over the walls and furniture."

She said the toilets were also blocked and there were no juices in the vending machine.
The two mums were shown six different rooms between them, with Danielle describing the hotel has having a "very uneasy feel about it".
They ended up getting a full refund and she claims "we weren't the only ones".
By the time they made the decision to leave, it was 10pm and the children were crying, she added.

A taxi to a new hotel set the group back another £20.
"We were only away for two days so half of our break away was totally ruined," said Danielle. "It was just an all round awful experience."
She went on to say she has stayed in all kinds of accommodation all over the world, including travellers' hostels but have "never in my life experienced anything like it".
Danielle said she contacted Blackpool Council, hoping to speak to someone from the environmental health team and was told to submit an online complaint.
A spokesperson for the council told the Mirror it has not had any complaints "relating to the matters referred to".
"If a customer of any business has a specific concern and it is reported to the council we would look into it."
The Mirror has also contacted Britannia Hotels, which operates the Norbreck, for comment.
