Jake and Chloe's bodies were discovered at the family home after she was involved in a collision with a lorry.

Ford was treated for minor injuries at hospital and discharged but police officers who went to the property in Castle Drive due to concerns for the occupants found the youngsters at 3.35am.

Ford is believed to have moved into the rented house with her twins just a few weeks earlier.

The grieving father shared another tweet and picture of himself with the twins, saying 'I want the world to see my beautiful babies. Jake and Chloe forever xxx.'

In another message he thanked people for their support.

It read: "I keep reading the all of the kind words of support from everyone. People don't even know me but they care. Every message helps, even if it's just for a moment."
