Mum, 19, horrified at returning to car with newborn and finding very rude note

A new mum parked in a 'parents with prams' space was left a vicious note by an angry driver who believed she had no children.

The 19-year-old, who uses P-plates, had taken her newborn daughter with her to do some Christmas shopping at Westfield in Perth, Australia.

But when she returned she was confronted with the handwritten anonymous notice on her windscreen accusing her of wrongly using the space.

It read: "Thanks c*** face. Parents with prams is for parents with babies, not for p-platers who think the world owes them something".

She shared the note on Facebook saying: "To the lovely lady who left this on my car at carousel shopping centre, I'm going to say you just couldn't see the capsule base in the back of my car."

The shocked parent told Mail Online that she held some sympathy for the aggrieved driver.

She said: "The capsule was removed from my car meaning it would have looked like I didn't have a baby seat.

"It's Christmas time and we are all frustrated but think she definitely needs to understand they are only courtesy parks and therefore actually anyone can park there."

Adding that she found being treated differently for being a young mum was mentally draining.

"I do give her the benefit of the doubt, she was probably tired and exhausted like other newborn mums," she said.

"I often get sly digs at hospital appointments, like 'Oh, you're the mum not the sister'."

She added: "We just laugh it off. My mum does notice a lot I get treated differently due to age.

"But no point in getting upset over it. I have a beautiful baby."
