Police are at the scene of a multiple vehicle car crash in Ayr.
The A77 southbound approach to Whitletts roundabout is down to one lane, just before the turn off to St Quivox, as police are dealing with a crash involving a van and two other cars.
No persons were injured in the crash.
The van's passenger side appears to have damage to it while a black vehicle appears to have severe damage.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time as queues are likely.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received report of a three-car crash on the A77 southbound between Sandyford Toll Roundabout and Whitletts Roundabout around 9.10am on Friday, 6 August, 2021.
"Officers are in attendance and no-one is injured.”
