Multiple people have been injured in a violent clash in Germany as three suspects remain on the run, according to reports.
The victims reportedly suffered gunshot and stab wounds in the conflict in Plochingen this afternoon.
Police helicopters have been seen in the area and officers have urged people to stay indoors.
A tweet by police says: "According to the current status, two people are said to have been injured in a dispute in Esslinger Strasse.
"The search is ongoing, we are on the spot with strong forces."
They added: "If you don't have to go to the city urgently, it's best to stay at home and avoid the area."
The crime scene has been cordoned off by police, Bild reports.
