Fife Road Police were called to multiple crashes on the A92 yesterday (Monday 6th December) evening.
And one motorist was spotted filming officers on her phone as drove past the crash scene.
Shortly after the first collision occurred, two separate drivers then crashed into cars that were slowing down near the scene.

Road Policing Scotland confirmed on twitter that the drivers hadn't been paying attention to the previous collision.
Officers said: "Unbelievably one driver went past filming officers on her mobile phone."
Road Policing Scotland also tweeted that there were no serious injuries. The force has not disclosed information about the cause of the first crash.
They confirmed that another motorist filmed officers on her mobile phone while driving past the scene.
Police subsequently filed three reports for careless driving.
