Multi-million pound Bristol development is now fully complete

Work has finished on a huge, multimillion-pound development being built in Avonmouth.

Portside Park, on Kings Western Lane, is one of the largest speculative industrial developments completed in Bristol this year, according to the developers.

The park includes six units covering 155,000 sq ft and was developed by Trebor Developments and funding partner Barwood Capital.

The scheme was built for production and distribution companies, with units ranging from around 15,000 sq ft to 88,000 sq ft.

James Drew, development director at Trebor Developments, said: “Another high-quality, industrial scheme delivered.

"The prominence and location are great, being a short distance from Junction 18/18A of the M5, Bristol and the Avonmouth Docks. We have seen strong enquires already and are in discussions with interested parties."

Adam Smith of Barwood Capital said: “Having secured the site off-market, it is great to have reached practical completion with units now ready for immediate occupation.

"Portside Park provides Grade A space across a flexible range of unit sizes to a supply-constrained market.”

Bob Tattrie, Trebor’s managing partner added: “This latest completion forms part of Trebor’s industrial development pipeline comprising five million square feet across the UK, in a range of strategic locations.”

Barwood Capital and Trebor Developments are being represented by joint agents CBRE and Hartnell Taylor Cook.
