
Muhamoud Mohamed Mahdi died of multiple stab wounds to the chest
(Picture: Met handout)Two teenagers have been charged following a fatal stabbing in north-west London, the Met has confirmed.
Officers rushed to the scene following the attack on 28-year-old Muhamoud Mohamed Mahdi in Burnt Oak on Friday.
Despite the best efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination at Northwick Park Hospital found the cause of death to be multiple stab wounds to the chest.
Christian Adom Kuta-Danku, 18, was charged with murder on Sunday. A 16-year-old boy from Harrow has also been charged with murder.
A 19-year-old man was arrested but released on bail.
Detective Chief Inspector Neil John, leading the investigation, said: “Muhamoud lived with his mother in Barnet. She will be supported by specialist Met officers throughout the unimaginably difficult days and months ahead.”
